Dea Bella is an exceptionally well-bred 2010  KWPN mare by Don Schufro / Royal Diamond / Sandro Hit. By pedigree, “Dea” is poised for success in the dressage arena. She is a petite mare at 15H+ mature height with 3 exceptional and easy-to-ride gaits. She has outstanding trainability, rideability and confidence indicating that she will become an exceptional partner for a petite amateur rider.   Dea was backed in Jan.2015 and is in full professional training at High Valley Hanoverians where she is completing her dressage foundation in the HVH unique program “Developing Warmblood Athletes in the Mind & the Body®”. This program is known for producing quality young dressage horses with rock-solid dressage foundation, super physical condition due to the combined training and mountain hill work and have an exceptional work ethic due to being truly happy in their work.   Dea is flourishing in this program and is well on her way to demonstrating her performance potential.   She will easily be in the ribbons at dressage competitions due to her exceptional gaits and superior composure.

Dea’s sire, Don Schufro is the gold standard in horse breeding and competition.   He was a member of the Danish Dressage Bronze Team at the 2008 Olympics, has more than 30 victories and placings in Grand Prix at some of the most prestigious shows in Europe and has the led the German Breeding Value Index for several years. Dea’s dam sire, Royal Diamond, is a full brother to Rohdiamant, was the hands down winner of his stallion performance test, 2nd place 5 year old in the 1999 Bundeschampionat, over 40 wins in Grand Prix and is known for producing model movement, quality and rideability.   And, Dea’s grand dam sire, Sandro Hit, is a dynasty patriarch in dressage horse breeding having consistently produced Bundeschampions, Grand Prix winners and numerous licensed stallions and state premium mares.
